Through artistic therapy I offer support to adults, both individually and in group settings. I have a deep love for colour and my approach focuses on the process to help create meaning in crisis point, life patterns, relationships and illness.
I work in Stroud at Imagine Therapeutic Arts, a community-based studio practice, as well as at St Luke's Therapy Centre, being part of a team of practitioners who share a holistic vision of health and healing. Since March 2020 I also offer online sessions.
