Introduction to Exact Observation as a path to get to know the reality of the material and living world around us and our relationship to it.

• Over three days, we will explore the influence of observation on our thinking. By becoming aware of our standpoint, we discover how our former experiences and even feelings influence what we perceive. Thus we can gain tools to learn to recognise and overcome our bias.

Working with the BD preparations

• An introduction and overview of the biodynamic preparations including how they are made, the correct way to store them and how they are used in in biodynamic agriculture. All the preparations will be available for people to interact with. We will also talk about future plans for field trials with preparations and the use of potentised preparations.

Biodynamic Plant Study – Yarrow and Nettle

• Getting to know yarrow and nettle, their function in the biodynamic compost preparations, and how this relates to medicinal qualities of each.
