About AHaSC

Our main purpose is to help coordinate the development of the AnthroHealth and social care approach for the benefit of the public and for practitioners.

We also promote good practice in anthroposophic health & social care. 

To do this we:

  • provide information about anthrohealth & social care in the UK
  • engage with issues affecting the provision of anthrohealth & social care in the UK
  • promote research & development in anthrohealth & social care
  • support the practise of professional self-regulation
  • encourage  anthrohealth & social care practitioners to register with CAHSC
CAHSC  standards CAHSC register
CAHSC standards describe the behaviour and competencies expected of anthroposophic health and social care professionals. The CAHSC register allows members of the public and employers to identify anthroposophic health and social care professionals whose practice meets our standards

The UK coordinator is Dr Stefan Geider, a GP with specialist interest in learning disabilities and cancer care.

AHaSC’s  office is hosted by Camphill Wellbeing Trust in Aberdeen, Scotland.
